What’s happening?

We are a Pop Up bar concept that are as new as we are small. Serving you fun cocktails, a few beers, and a small selection of food. Paying homage to Kieran’s Grandparent’s shop in Donegal, where everyone in town would gather daily for whatever they needed. A cup of tea in the morning, a sandwich for lunch, and a pint to finish the day. An Irish pub first but not last. We also look forward to celebrating food, drink, and culture from all over the world.

When is it happening?

Our next event is Wednesday July 1, 2026 opening doors at 6pm and going till 11ish. We say 11ish because we’re happy to stay open a wee bit later for our industry friends getting done with work. Every other Wednesday is our current schedule.

Who is making it happen?

Kieran is leading the charge at O’Boyce’s Pub. But there will also be a small rotation of other local bartenders who will be featured throughout. And we are honored to feature Nik & Cynthia from SideQuest cooking up spice bags and other bar snacks using their unique Viet/Lao fusion style.

Where is it happening?

Poor Hendrix is a bar in the East Lake neighborhood of Atlanta. They are incredibly gracious to let us operate in their space. We think that their cozy neighborhood vibe with a lovely outdoor space perfectly pairs with our own style.
